Crystal graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2003. She then went on to work with her late father, Rick Lawrence, as Project Manager for his construction company, RS Lawrence Construction, for over a decade.
Rick used to proudly tell people that Crystal took to construction like a duck to water. Crystal was thrilled to be able to apply creative problem solving skills, her understanding of design and color, and her love of process to her work with her Dad on some of the finest homes in Dallas.
Honoring Rick’s encouragement and his commitment to helping Crystal pursue her passions, she decided to follow in his entrepreneurial footsteps and start a company that encompasses everything she loves about homes. Thus, Red House was born, in honor of her father whose nick name was Big Red.
Red House provides new construction and remodeling services, cosmetic updating, design and building consulting, and home staging. Crystal believes your home should be your sanctuary and is committed to helping you realize your home’s potential. She is excited to work with you and help you love your home!
